Honda Tied For #1 in Customer Loyalty

A new study by J.D. Power and Associates reveals which autos earned the best customer loyalty in 2010. Tied at first place is Honda, retaining 62 percent of its customers.

The loyalty study measures not only the rate automotive brands retain existing customers, but also the reasons customers remain loyal.  Data shows that Honda's customer loyalty is driven by the Honda Accord, the Honda CR-V, and the Honda Pilot and an understanding of the vehicles' high resale value and safety.

The Customer Loyalty Survey conducted by J.D. Power and Associates was based on responses from over 120,000 new-vehicle buyers, and lessees.
