Capital Honda

The service was outstanding! I am enjoying my new CRV but I have been even more impressed by the outstanding customer service I have received with each interaction I've had with Capital Honda in Okemos. I have been especially impressed by the follow up months after my purchase/lease of my vehicle.....that they still care as well as the welcome/warm reception when I call or walk in the door........like they are pleased to have me as a customer and genuinely care whether or not I am happy and that my needs have been met. Customer service such as this is rare and I greatly appreciate it!

Recently my wife had a major tire problem at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. With my son in tow, she talked to Charlie about what to do. We bought our new 2008 Accord through Charlie when he was a manager. He went above and beyond to help my wife with a new tire and sent her on her way with a smile. He has always dealt very fairly with us and he will bring us back to your dealership. I wish there were more Charlies out there. The purchase of my new Honda Pilot was the third vehicle I have been involved in from this dealership. Capital Honda continues to always go above and beyond my expectations. I have tried to deal with a more local dealer to my location, however they are not as friendly or knowledgable and do not have the same customer service approach as Capital Honda. I will continue to deal with Capital Honda even though I live 3 hours away.

I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff and how welcome they made us feel when we first entered their facilities. The Sales Associate Bruce, who helped us purchase our new Honda Pilot was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Also when we experienced a few technical issues with our car shortly after we purchased it (which was no way the fault of the dealership or American Honda Motor Co.) Bruce sacrificed his personal, non-working time to assist us. Such service, in my opinion, is exceedingly rare and speaks volumes about the commitment this dealership has to their customers' satisfaction.
