Our store is undergoing a full redesign to incorporate a more modern and open concept that is better suited to serving our customers needs. The new design will feature a facade with windows spanning the entire building from top to bottom. This new concept will offer more natural light and help create a more warm and friendly environment that our customers deserve.
Here are some of the design and features of the new showroom floor. While these designs might differ, ever so slightly, from the finnished product we hope these concepts give a better understanding for the great changes we are bringing to our customers and our team
The new open seating layout provides touchscreen enabled stations and comfortable seating giving customers a more comfortable and modernized consultation process.
Offering touchscreen capability, the digital wall will give sales consultants the capability to walk through all the features and break down the costs on a digital format right in front of the customer. This open and up-to-date information about the sales process will help improve the sales experience for the guest.
An open seating area where sales professionals and guests can gather around and discuss vehicle details. The lounge area will include a tv and comfortable seating.
The guest lounge will be a warm and inviting place for guests to relax, connect to the wifi and coverse with others. Refreshments including coffee can be located at the lounge.
